Services

At the heart of our work is a commitment to supporting the emotional and psychological wellbeing of children, adolescents, and families. We understand that every individual is unique, which is why we offer a wide range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of those we serve.

Whether you’re seeking individual counselling for your child, looking for school-based support, or interested in workshops and group sessions, we provide a holistic and integrative approach that is both compassionate and effective. Our services are tailored to help young people navigate life’s challenges with resilience, creativity, and confidence, while also offering support and guidance to families and caregivers.

  • Counselling and Psychotherapy allows young people to explore areas of their life, their thoughts and their feelings which they find challenging.

Counselling can be a powerful tool for addressing a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological challenges. Here are some of the key issues that counselling can help with; Anxiety, Stress, Low Mood/Depression, Emotional Difficulties, Trauma, Grief, Low Self-Esteem and Confidence, OCD, Panic Disorder, Family and relationship Difficulties, Social Skills, Bullying, Identity and Self-Discovery, and much more.

Each session lasts 50 minutes and can be conducted either in person or online, providing flexibility to suit your family’s schedule and preferences.

Integrative counselling and psychotherapy for children and young people is a flexible and comprehensive approach that combines techniques from various therapeutic models to meet the unique needs of each child. Rather than adhering to a single method, integrative therapy draws from a range of psychological theories and practices, including play-based therapy, psychodynamic approaches, attachment theory, person-centered therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

This approach recognises that no two children are alike; therefore, the therapy is tailored to the individual, focusing on their specific emotional, social, and developmental needs. It allows the therapist to adapt their methods to suit the child’s personality, challenges, and strengths, creating a more personalised and effective therapeutic experience.

Overall, integrative counselling and psychotherapy for children provide a safe, supportive space where young people can explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and build stronger connections with themselves and others.

  • Raising a child can be both rewarding and challenging, especially when navigating complex emotions, behaviours, and family dynamics. That’s where parental coaching and family support come in. These services are designed to empower parents and caregivers with the tools, insights, and strategies they need to support their child's development and wellbeing, while also nurturing the overall health of the family unit.

Parental coaching focuses on guiding parents through the ups and downs of raising children. Whether you’re facing specific challenges or simply looking to enhance your parenting skills, coaching offers a personalised approach tailored to your family’s unique needs. Together, we’ll explore effective communication techniques, positive strategies, and ways to build strong, trusting relationships with your child. The goal is to help you feel more confident and equipped to handle everyday situations, as well as the tougher moments, with empathy and consistency.

Through providing family support, the aim is to address the dynamics of the entire family. Understanding that each family is a system where every member influences one another, this approach looks at how relationships and patterns of interaction impact the family’s overall mental health.

Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, dealing with behavioural concerns, or simply seeking to create a more harmonious home environment, family support offers a space to come together, understand each other better, and develop a shared approach to overcoming challenges.

    Flexible and Accessible
This support can be conducted in person or online, making these services accessible no matter your location or schedule. Sessions are designed to be practical, supportive, and responsive to your family’s evolving needs, ensuring that you walk away with actionable insights and a deeper understanding of how to foster a positive, nurturing environment for your children.

Together, we can build a stronger, more connected family where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported.

  • In addition to individual therapy sessions, I’m pleased to offer a range of services designed to support children, adolescents, and families in various settings. Whether through school counselling, workshops, events, or group sessions, my goal is to provide accessible, comprehensive support that meets the diverse needs of young people and their communities.

    School Counselling

I collaborate with schools to provide on-site counselling services that integrate seamlessly into the school environment. School counselling offers students a convenient and familiar setting where they can receive the emotional and psychological support they need. Whether dealing with academic pressures, social challenges, or personal issues, students benefit from having a dedicated space within their school where they can explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and work through any difficulties they may face. My approach is tailored to each school’s unique culture and the specific needs of its students, ensuring that support is both effective and relevant.

    Workshops and Events

I also offer workshops designed to equip young people, parents, and educators with the knowledge and skills they need to navigate various challenges. These workshops can cover a wide range of topics, including managing anxiety, building resilience, enhancing communication, and fostering healthy relationships. Each workshop is interactive, engaging, and tailored to the audience, providing practical tools that can be immediately applied in everyday life.

    Group Support

Group sessions provide a powerful way for young people to connect with others who may be facing similar challenges. Whether it’s a peer support group, a group for managing specific issues like anxiety or social skills, or a family group session, these gatherings offer a safe space for participants to share their experiences, learn from one another, and build a sense of community. Group support can be particularly beneficial in helping participants feel less isolated and more understood, while also gaining new perspectives and coping strategies.

If you’re interested in bringing these services to your school or community, or if you’d like to learn more about how they can be customised to fit your needs, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
